1. Companion Animal Only

​

All puppies are sold strictly as pet/companion animals ONLY.  The Buyer agrees the puppy will NOT be used for breeding or resale unless a written agreement is provided by Seller.

2. Required Veterinary Exam (48 hours)

​

Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. 

• Failure to complete a vet exam within 48 hours voids all                        guarantees

• Written veterinary documentation is required for any claim

​

3. Health Guarantee

​

All puppies are examined and cared for prior to leaving our home.

If within the 48-hour vet exam period a licensed veterinarian finds a life-threatening or severe congenital condition present at the time of sale, Buyer may choose:

•  A replacement puppy (equal value, when available)
  OR

•  A refund of the purchase price (excluding transportation fees)

A written statement from a licensed veterinarian is required.

4. What Is NOT Covered

​

The health guarantee does NOT cover:

• Coccidia, giardia, or other common parasites

• Kennel cough or mild respiratory issues

• Hypoglycemia due to improper feeding

• Injuries after pickup

• Environmental or neglect-related conditions

• Color changes, coat fading, or size differences

​

5. No Guarantee on Size, Color, or Future Traits

​

We do not guarantee:

• Adult size or weight

• Coat color changes or fading

• Eye color changes

• Breeding ability or fertility

​

6. Buyer Responsibility

​

Buyer agrees to provide:

• Proper nutrition and fresh water

• Safe, clean living environment

• Routine veterinary care and vaccinations

• Proper supervision and care

Failure to provide proper care voids all guarantees.

7. Deposits & Payments

​

• All deposits are non-refundable

• The Seller may, at their sole discretion, allow a deposit to be transferred to another available puppy.

• Remaining balance is due at pickup or delivery unless otherwise agreed

​

8. Rehoming Agreement

​

If at any time the Buyer cannot keep the puppy, Seller requests to be contacted first.
We may assist with rehoming when possible.

​

9. Ownership Transfer

​

Ownership transfers fully at the time of pickup or delivery.
Seller is no longer responsible for the puppy after transfer, except under the health guarantee terms listed above.

​

10. Agreement Confirmation

​

By completing this purchase, Buyer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this agreement.
